start with having it all set as defualt for the Target Man role....
then start to manually edit the PI's to suit your striker... if he is quite good with the ball at his feet like Carrol and Crouch, you set it to run with ball sometimes, if he is good at long shots like Cardozo, set it to long shots often, if he is not very strong but good in the air, set him not to hold up ball, but floating in crosses to his head...
you get what I am saying?
