I’ve also been annoyed at getting hit on the counter and in general the opposition scoring with all of their highlights using Gegenpress/custom equivalent so will try this out later in the week
As it's not too dissimilar to a normal gegenpress, you can either use any current training schedules you have, or leave it to the AM. I haven't got a set routine, I do it on the fly depending on how much time I have between games, the skills of me and my opponent, and the competition coming up. I tend to do extra set piece defending drills though, as getting caught on the counter often leaves us commiting fouls in dangerous areas.
