Team Advising

I am looking at starting a new game but don't really know who to be.

Im thinking about derby (who i support), Juventus (champs league but need building up),
athletico madrid (need building) or maybe fulham (needs building)

What leagues should I look at. Most people love the prem & la liga.

Please help.
