What is this due to?

-Is this some sort of squad personality thing?

-Is this a tactic thing where the opposition changes their mentality when they go 2-0 up allowing us to get back in the game?

-Does this happen to anyone else? If so, what did you do about it?

It could be that the other team starts to sit back at 2-0 up and then you capitalise.

If your players have low determination they don't respond well to falling behind. Maybe check that out.
