I just would like to add something to this guide. When you start a new Newcastle save always sign Mamadou Sidibe from Stoke for around 200k. He has 20 determination. Immediately have him tutor Adam Campbell (pick 'tutor off the field'). This will immediately raise Campbell's determination to 20 by around christmas time. After that put Campbell on heavy training schedule as a complete forward until the end of the season. His attributes should rise dramatically because of his high determination and he should be good enough to be a starter for your next season. At the beginning of 2nd season you can decide how to develop him. I go for his strength until it's up to about 12-14 and then I go back to complete forward schedule.
