team meeting problem

hi, just started a new save with arsenal... have just finished my first league match and I haven't been able to conduct a team meeting whatsoever... I tried at the very beginning of the game, numerous times during the pre-season, and right before my first league match... nothing... I get the same message: "there isn't a suitable reason to hold a team meeting"
is it a glitch? I'm running the game normally with only some facepacks and the like.

you wont be able to do a team meeting till about 10 games in, because there's not much point in having a team meeting right at the start of the game
