Team mentality ?

My team starts to create chances and scores goles just after conceding a goal. So most machets looks like this: concede, score, concede, score - 2:2, 3:3. If i dont concede, so i dont score wich couses ending 0-0. Is it teams mentality problem ? or smth else ?

Could be. If every player is on the same mentality, you're playing with a system which demands great motivational skills as a manager and one which will play "we'll score one more than you" football.
