How do you get the team moral high

win, team talks, praise players individually when needed/praise in private chats. Good man management skills basically. Coaches with good motivational/man management is handy too

Just praising players for good performances works wonders.

Even if your team lose, always single out a player with a 7.3 rating or a higher and praise him.

Make sure you do the press conferences, giving you more opportunity to talk about attacking football and how good your players are.
