Team Morale Problem

I was checking my team talk report thing and it says the team morale is excellent but..."(*** Man) believes our current players have not yet developed a good level of understanding". What does that mean? And how can i make them work like a team and become a good one?

Not winning games can decrease morale, also if there are alot of new players then that generally means they havent really gelled yet.

Team spirit seems high, just keep using same tactic and eventually the players will gel and results should improve

Yeah because im on a unbeaten run of 10 games
