Team Name has randomly changed colour

In all my saves, the team i am managing used to be blue, but now its changed to yellow. Not only this, but all the the colours for all my players stats have went random as well. I recently had to delete and verify my cache due to crash dumps, could this be related.

Any help would be great.

Probably. Also, are you using the same skin as before and is this the default one ?

Yeah just the default FM2013 one. Other skins seem to fix the problem, as does FM 2013 dark skin.
