Hey guys, question is, on a team report if your assistant manger recommends a player to sign (for the weakest position on your team) Is the recommendation any good?

Cause the ones my assistant manager was recommending were not good at all, so i was wondering if the tactical knowledge attribute has an effect on what players he recommends, because his tactical knowledge was 6, anyone know?

I'm not sure on this one but I'd assume that Judging Player ability and potential would surely come into it. You can always ask your scouts to check him out

That recommendation can be good, but it could be poor. Your *** man needs to have good JPA and JPP with Man menagment to give you a good recommendation. Tactical knowledge is important when you ask him for match preparation and opponent instruction. Motivation for team talk.
