team reputation problem

Hello everyone, I am not sure how to put this here because I play fm in portuguese but when I have my staff meetings I am constantly told that my team is intimidated by stronger teams and is too confident against weaker teams.

Do you guys know what am talking about?

If so do you know what I can do to fix this?

your teams talks are too ineffective. against bigger teams you need to be more positive. for example use the we can this if you are the underdog but the odds are close. and use dont get complacent against the smaller ones. same in the press conferences
