It is not an add on. See at the top he has the Split view tab selected?

Anyway, the motivation page is useless. It can change like every second - drastically in some cases. IMO it is better to judge on ratings.

Worked for FM10, but the coding doesn't work in FM11. And no one has yet had any success with it.

It is a standard "split screen" option. During the match in the split view tab. simply click the down arrow in the pane you want to view it in, and select the "your team" motivation option.
