Whats the highest level you can get on the part were your assistant manager talks about your team blending ?

"Extremely strong understanding."

That's probably the most difficult thing to obtain in your squad, a strong understanding, let alone an extremely strong one.

I think they actually have to understand where the club is and the need to win in certain situations. Especially if you are a small club in the top flight of a large footballing country, e.g. Blackpool.

At the moment in my 2nd season I have got "team blending well together" and you can tell because my performances are like I have just started a brand new save so I was thinking of using maximum match prep on team blending to get them performing better.

P.S. Was there something like players willing to do anything for one another or im I making it up

i always thought it was willing to die for one another, had that on a couple of occassions.

Wonder how long it would take to get from "Team blending well together" to "Willing to die for each other"
