Team Talk??

Right I have decided against a assistant manager and want to do it on my own, but does anyone know how to conduct team talks? In otherwords, the best things to say to the team at kick off and half-time???

I think I remember seeing a thread detailiing this a while ago, a walkthrough or something??? Also, is there anything I could do in the player instructions so that my forwards score more goals?? cheers piers....

I usually find 'you have faith' useful pre-match.

Look at their in game motivation to see how different personalities react to different talks

e.g.

I criticised Marcus Berg and Riera in my save and told them i both expected a performance. The result was that Berg played with real motivation and Riera played nervously. So i know in the future if they aren't playing well to cricise Berg, but to encourage Riera (have faith, no pressure)
