hi everyone.i seem to struggle a lot on my team talks on this years game.does anyone know a simple and effective team talks to help me become successful in the game better?

Who do you manage and what did you set as your past playing career? It could be your reputation is too low for the players you're managing.

Get an assistant manager with a high motivating stat, and either let him take team-talks or just say whatever he suggests

If your playing well but losing. Use passionate and encourage the players
playing bad. Aggressive say how disappointed you aare
easily winning make sure the players don't get complacent
