Team talks

Well I'm creating this thread as my team talk seems to have not worked!

Whats everyone's opinion on them??? Personally, although they're a good idea, I think they're a pile of ***** as they have way too much effect. Tell your team not to get complacent etc and its a guarantee they will. Say you're delighted so they will play cak Encourage and they will usually improve for bits of the game, get angry and sometimes it changes!

Its abit weird.. my team lost 3-1 and when i said i was dissapointed nearly the WHOLE squad said they arnt getting enough credit even though every time they win i say its good. :S

No matter what I say my team lose.

you still need a good tactic to help them,but i think it work well..cause most of the time when i show anger to nearly whole team , the team always able to win the match .
For Example -
Half Time : 2:0
Full Time : 2:5

In my opinion it is very usefull option.

well not matter what my team does i always say encourage and then well played at the end it must work because were now 52 games unbeaten in all competitions

I hate them becuase you HAVE to do them as they really do effect matches
