Team talks.

Well, this may be a silly question, but how exactly do they work? I mean, I though I had them sort of figured out, but it's a matter of telling them they can win a match for them to just go out there and prove me wrong. Demanding them to win a match more often than not ends in my team getting nailed by a team from the swazilandian third division. Being relatively new to this game, I'd really apreciate some hindsight from you veterans.

Oh, and while we're at it, opposition instructions... I mostly leave them to my assistant manager, but any particular instructions I should give?

As for opposition instructions; a lot of people, me included, tend to not bother with them. They might be covered in that guide, not sure.

Woifsong's teamtalks guide was my bible for FM10...does it apply 100% to FM11? I remember reading that teamtalks weren't nearly as important on FM11 as FM10, is that true?
