team to be?

hi guys,

i was thinking of starting a save with a team outside of england, but in europe, who would be a europa league side, but good enough for me to take to champions league.

just wondered if anyone has any recommendations or have had a fun previous save with a team like this.

Borussia Monchengladbach, Valencia, Milan, Inter, Sporting Lisbon. And if you want a real challenge then Athletic Bilbao as you can only sign Basque-region players.
