hi, does anyone know how to fix the teams understanding of each other and also change the harmony at the club?

You need to be very careful, for example, the follwoing tips may help

1. Be realistic with your team talks, ie. at 3-0 down, dont say 'I expect a result'.
2. Dont fine a player unfairly ie. If he has never been sent off, dont fine him 2 weeks wages, a warning will suffice.
3. The only way to build understanding is just as you go through your career on the game, it takes a while, but it gets there.

The teams understanding will improve automatically as the team gel and get used to each other,but bare in mind new signings and constant tinkering with the tactics will knock it back down again.

Club harmony is an odd thing. One thing I have noticed though is that having lots of players on the transfer list and unhappy, even if they are in the reserves, will have a major negative effect. Even just one player like that can be a problem for harmony and have your board moaning about it. To cure it, keep players happy and get rid of players who are unhappy and on the transfer list as soon as you possibly can.
