can anyone suggest me a decent team in the top leagues of europe that has some players with high value that i can sell and build an almost new team?i do not plan to sell the whole team, just 3-5 players to make a transfer budget over 100m.
any team is welcomed except from the following:
barca, real, atletico
arsenal, liverpool, spurs, chelsea, man city, man utd
psg, bayern, dortmund, juve, milan, inter, napoli

Without getting into specific teams you may want to look at some mid or lower table Bundesliga clubs. With 34 games and only 1 cup you can get away with not rotating much since there are very few mid-week fixtures contesting your schedule.
