RIGHT, I know its not a tactic but im really stuck!... I dont have a clue what team to be! Every team that I try I seem to hate being. please help....

My suggestion though would be to stop playing for 2 weeks( removes frustration) and then pick à team that is an underdog in the Championship. This way, à 10th spot Will be à good achievement.
