Hi! As my country doesn't have a playable league in FM13, I went ahead and created one, and, to help the teams there to actually achieve something, I gave them rather large prize money and TV money. However 2,5 seasons into my savegame (I'm playing in English lower divisions) the teams in the created league haven't bought a single foreign player; they just trade between themselves a bit, even though they should have quite a lot of money by then.
Is there a way to correct this?
