Ter Stegen or Hart?

Simple question, difficult answer...

Who do you think is better? I have Hart in goal but dont like his high eccentricity rating...anyone got any thoughts or other keepers i should consider?

definitely ter stegen.. he was immense in my monchengladbach save !!

Joe Hart of course
both are young, but the big difference is: Joe Hart has experience because he played for Man City, a big club, and ter Stegen only played in Germany, and Bundesliga isn't a big league like Premier league

Ter stegen is cheeper, younger and will not have internationals to bog him down. He was one of my key players in my koln treble wining side.
