Tested Tactics

Are all the tested tactics up to date with the latest version of FM20?
I've seen that some were made before the updates but still feature in the top 10 tactics..
Just looking for clarification.

They would have been tested for that version of the game on the table. So for example in the next tests it'll be for 20.2.4 / me 2039
