Rafael now been at United 10years so want to give him a testimonial but can't figure out how to do it

Go on 'schedule', 'arrange friendly' and then 'use for testimonial' and his name should be available on the drop down.

Found testimonial but his name not in there but this is his 11th year so he should be shouldn't he?

but isnt he still going to be around 27, 28, 29 years old? Thats pretty young for a player to have a testimonial, you would normally have one when your close to your retirement. Maybe thats the reason you cant offer him one yet.

I believe the player needs to be older than 30 as well as having been at the club for 10 years.

I always thought it was after 10 years service at a club??
