The 4-4-2 is the tactic i grew-up with seeing and its what i want to use in all my FM games but its getting harder and harder to make one that is right up there with the great tactics of today.I have watched and played football most of my life 22 and the 4-4-2 is the only way i like it but it is dieing out in the modern game as most managers are to scared not to use a 5th midfielder.I think it is getting sad to see 8/10 team are playing with a holding midfielder rather than a second stricker even at home and always away.So the whole point in this tread is to challenge all of you to try and be one of the best managers and have a great season with the 4-4-2 in fm11 and well we still use it fm10
and when i say 4-4-2 2CB 2FB 2WINGERS 2CM 2ST ie like ManU in the 90s and early 2000s
