ARSENAL OWNER STAN KROENKE FACES FAN'S FURY
The new owner of Arsenal FC, Stan Kroenke, is facing increasing pressure to sell the club after it was discovered that he "has little care for the football club."In a conversation overheard by various media reporters after he had forgotten to take his microphone off at a press conference, Kroenke was heard saying "F*** the football, I'm gonna make a mint off this club!"

Angry fans have gathered around the Emirates Stadium and being seen ripping up their season tickets, calling for Kroenke to go. It is understood that Alisher Usamanov, minority stakeholder in Arsenal FC, is interested in calls from the supporters trust to start a revolutionary 'Fan-First' scheme, whereby the club is at least 51% owned by ordinary fans. This scheme has seen great success in Germany where clubs are run this way.

"Under this Scheme," says fan's spokesman, Peter Johnson, "We will be able to provide low ticket prices whilst making the signings fans have been demanding for years. At a club like ours the financial infrastructure is such that this would be possible. It's a win win situation for all parties involved, as fans who pay less will be happier and more likely to attend games!"

If such a scheme was to be implemented at Arsenal, it would certainly be an interesting case to view, as many clubs could look to follow suit.

An announcement is expected tomorrow morning.
