I can see how you say it's friendly banter, but through a computer screen it can seem different. A united fan comes on an Arsenal thread and starts saying you're living in the past/dwelling on history etc and then brag about winning a lot recently. It's just a bit arrogant and one day it'll come back to bite you in the ***.

And yes, I'm in a bit of a **** mood, but United fans have this **** reputation for a reason

But the over used throughout this whole conversation surely suggests it is all a joke/ laugh. I didnt cry when he went on about Finiancial security. I thought it was clear it was a joke.

Well, with the response you are getting you will know whether it was friendly or heated one..

Joss gets worked up only when someone post about Fabregas to Barca transfer link or someone says Arsenal needs poacher

Like you said you are in **** mood and thought some heated discussion was going on, but it was not the case.. And this is not the first time either where we tried to pull others leg..

And last line, Like United fans, there are people from all clubs who gloat. It is just **** is thrown only on one club fans..

Nope. Came from AS Cannes, who are/were in the equivalent of the 3rd Division (Also doesn't necessarily *want* to leave - happy to stay, happy to leave. Same stance as Arsenal)

I'm believing most sources. Sources that suggest you were so determined to get him (and more importantly apparently - for Liverpool NOT to get him), you offered him 50K more than they did.

Afterall - it wouldn't be the first time you gave into a player's excessive wage demands

And I don't get worked about the poacher at all. I find it really interesting that so many people want one - I jokingly slam Calum for it, but I slam Calum for most things! I also inevitably like getting hits on AR so I'll plug whenever possible

I'm not saying it was getting heated or anything and I know you're just trying to wind each other up, it just seems to be all too repetitive around the site at the minute. Apologies if I seem like I'm being a ****, I'm just getting a bit bored of it
