Okay, assuming my figures are correct, and thats taking it that 100% of transfer profit goes into the spending money Arsene should have either 79m or 69m to spend on players (roughly)
The chairman said that Wenger would recieve a £40m war-chest in this transfer window
-14m for Gervinho (somewhere between 14-16m is what i heard)
-15m for AOC
-1m for both Jenkinson and Campbell (im not sure on these figures, so dont hate me if they are wrong)
out of the 40m thats still 9m left.
+7m for Clichy
+4m for Eboue
+35m for Fabregas
+24m for Nasri
that comes out for me at 79m. I can understand why he might not wanna spend all of it but with 70m roughly coming in from transfers, even with the outs thats still 39m we have made in this window, Wenger hasn't really spent anything at all, so at the very least I want to see 2/3 maybe 4 signings that total the 40m mark to show that the club isn't going backwards, not that I can imagine this will happen however.

I think it will probably be a long term target...
Arsenal met Zarate's agent 2-3 weeks ago, the simple block in that move is Lazio's £18m asking price.
It will probably be a long term target of Arsenal's, possibly Berg/Ayew. But at this stage not much is clear, it will be fascinating to see who he targets.
Re Amauri: Arsene missed his chance boys the Braztalian stallion is set to join Parma. He's going to play in a front line of Giovinco LW and Biabiany RW...That's an exciting front line.

Cissoko was supposed to go to Milan but didnt, that was an odd situation. Heard he didnt have the best season last year, although I've not watched him. Enrique would have been a decent option before. I really cant think of many other left backs right now!
