Ok all here is my Team setup from scratch how i start with a new team and what i'm doing with tactics etc.

First when i get a new team i set all my jobs out to my director of football / head scout etc.
View attachment 351814This gives me time to make a tactic and put all my time into getting it to work.
I leave all my training setup to my assistant which to me works and make sense.I also make sure what ever tactic you are using make sure your reserve and youth team are using the same tactic so the players get used to using it ready for first team.

Pitch size i always use normal/medium as seems most stable for most formations.

shouts in game i sometimes use - Hassle and pump ball into box.

I have 2 tactic setup one which is for a good team to use and other for weaker team, or can be used home and away .

on this formation all you need to do is drop the Anchor man behind the defensive line making him a Libero with support duty ( don't change anything else)
