The beatles

mmm nah i havnt heard of probably the biggest band ever.

I admit I thought the same before I had given them a proper listen a few eyars ago as all you heard from the Beatles in mainstream media was the earlier pop songs. However once I had listened to Sgt Pepper and Revolver I thought they were amazing. Now that im odler as well ive come to appreciate pop music as well adnt herefore how good the earlier Beatles stuff is as well (although not as good as the later stuff such as White Album)
 
im the same as sean, i think they are hugely over rated

they have a few decent tracks, and they were probably ground breaking in their day - but people still fuzz over them today when theres so much better music out there.

i dont like "not being allowed" to dislike certain bands or musicians. the beatles and elvis constantly shoved down my throat as the best people in the world ever and if i say i dont like them i get people telling me im wrong

music is opinion and if i dont like them i dont have to!
 
I dnt mind the Beatles, theyre ok....nothing more.......Elvis is rubbish

I quite like them. Always used to think they were ****, probably cos my Mum liked them :p. I've got the no.1 album obv and do love some of the singles that others would say are ****, and 've got the white album as well which I quite like.
 
Only song I like is that one that goes "I am the Walrus woooooo, I am the eggman woooo kookkoookchoo" or summat.
