After someone has just made a thread about the worst ill make one about the best

so i want to no who do you think where some of the best signings ever to happen in the prem

not really clichy cost us like 250k ish and is twice the player cashley ever was and is and sagna was probley one if the best rwb last season! so i think its justifed!

What does bias have to do with it being a good signing or not? Sagna, I think we can ALL agree, is one of the best fullbacks in the country and Clichy, whilst having a quite dreadful season last year, has shone in earlier years and was the best left back in the league for a long time.

Zola, Bergkamp, Clichy, Kevin Davies (for Bolton), Jay Jay Okacha- so good they named him twice, Henrik Larrson, Martin Lauresen soooo many good singings none of them Sunderland though :P

but anyway how can people say players like essien they cost 24million, no doubt he is a wonderful player.

but best signings need to be cheap, like an anelka for arsenal, or an van der sar for Utd, ECT ECT

yer but essien has lived up 2 his 24 million pound price tag so theirfore its a good signing.

And you can't if they're terrible like Verón was (in the EPL), but if they consistently perform at a world class level, it's absolutely justified.
 
how is justified for BEST EVER PREM signing, he has been brilliant but still alot of money, whilst other players where cheaper and better, like an ronaldo, henry, well i am her, ruud, torres was cheaper also, need continue
 
even though arshavin cost like 14m its a bargain for a world class player like him and it just shows you how good of a manager wenger is and how good he is at spotting talent..

i am not saying he is not a good buy, i am saying he is not the BEST PREM SIGNING, or deserves to be mentioned it tht sentence it is nothing personal against essien, i think he is awesome, wish fergie signed him. but it is just how it is
