the best lower league tactic?

hey guys, just starting a career with crawley, going to try and get them in the prem. does anybody know what the best tactics for league 1/2 are preferably a 4-4-2 but not bothered if not. cheers

On Topic: There are no best tactic. A team full of strong but slow Ballwinners and Target Men should be played very differently from a squad with many weak but pacey wingers and FCs. A team in the top of the L1 having good players could play more expressiv and attacking whilst a really poor team in the bottom in L2 with slow defenders should not push up etc etc.
