Hi guys, I have just joined this Forum so please be nice. 
I need desperate help on tactics and formations etc. for Tottenham FC.
I just cant seem to win and never know the best tactic. I have the whole squad and just signed Andy Carroll as a Target Man. Ill post a screenshot of my team.
Please make it really detailed as im quite new to FM.:S
