the best training scheduele in fm 11 ??

whats the best downloadeble training scheduele ? right now im using pacs but the effect isnt that great theres only like one player there had some inprovement

NB.
if the players complain about there training workload what then happen if i dont set it down ?

My heart says pick mine. But if I were your "agent", I'd say pick Dunc's or IanC's as they are professionals with more experience than me at doing this.

There are others too, but I don't have the links to them at the moment...

thanks alot ive just started using duncs ill go with it for 5-6 months and see i think its good but IanC is less complicated hehe

well i still need a training for youth ?

and if a player complain about the workload and i dont set it down will it have a negative effect on the skill improvement ?

And if they come running saying that the workload is too much and i say to them that you havent been good enough and they accept and apologise it should all be okay . . right ?

i can download training files with no problems i put the file into scheduals and when i go to import it on fm11 its like its not there. wot do i do anyone?

ive sussed it, i ment i cnt import it. ive used winrar im fine now, cheers
