Hi that is my 1° tactic denveloped to medium team like Cagliari serie A!
You are not going to win all the match, but it's pretty consistet tactic!
Just try and tell me what do you think!!

The playmaker is in MCS position
for wing use a adapted striker with opposit feet
the striker is a trequatista so good tecnique and passing ability and pace on top

talk to player is important too!! You should cool down player that are too happy or happy and give reponsability to player that are ok or unhappy
