Finding it very difficult to be able to sell everyone, then sign replacements and subs by the opening game :/

Do you have to be using all English by the start of seasons first match, or can you get rid of them all by 2nd season?
 
I'm trying to do it in the first season, but doesn't look like I'll be able to do it by the first game..
 
try even accepting loan offerss thats what im doing just to get rid of some more foreigners first season

Agreed, because if you do too poorly using poor players 1st season and have, say, Arshavin in reserves, you will get sacked after a while :S

Yeah I agree, I've got 9 out of 11 starters English.. some big names aswell.

Can't seem to flog my big stars though! :(
 
how about change it mate to only being able to sign british players so you can slo sign players from scotland wales etc it could make it a bit easier
 
It's not meant to be easy though.. I've managed to get 10 now, and then Fabregas (who would be able to play for England had he not already been capped :() so just one more, and then sell the big stars that won't leave and get in some decent back up and I'll have an all English squad..

Not hard, just long.

Just as I get to the opening game, Almunia gets capped by Spain :(

Going to have to sell him quickly and try and bring in someone English..

so tyou are allowed to keep fabregas?? doubt it but not to sure weather your saying there you are keeping him or not

No you can't keep him lol.. just saying how close it would be to us being able to keep him.

Here is my starting XI for my opening game of the season.. Only 1 non-English player in the team, and even then he's Welsh :)

That's a nice line-up mate. Can you give us a screenie of transfers? Not that I don't believe you, just want to see figures ;)
 
i think everyone doing this should give each other ideas of good english players you can signand some that can be cheap

heres mine

steven taylor from newcastle you can get for abour £4.5 mil and he isnt too bad
