Chelsea Football Club and Sevilla Fútbol Club have reached an agreement for the season-long loan of Marko Marin, subject to the completion of legal documentation and a medical.

Hopefully he does well enough that we can sell him for a profit next summer

Good luck to Marko i really do mean that, a decent enough replacement for Nevas.

He's not a patch on Navas, but a decent loan player for Sevilla.

Oh i know that, but in the decline of the "other spanish sides" he is a decent replacement in that terms. And he won't get home sick lol

Tancredi Palmeri ‏@tancredipalmerihttps://twitter.com/tancredipalmeri/status/350950398619684865 There are reports of Chelsea having found an agreement with Cavani over personal terms, pending an agreement with Napoli -1

Checking my sources, from my side I can confirm that Chelsea had many talks with Cavani entourage in the very last days

Malouda, Ferreira, Benayoun and Turnbull have all officially left. Possibly Hilario as well. That's a **** lot of wages freed up right there. Also I don't know if it's worth signing a back-up goalkeeper frankly speaking. Blackman can sit on the bench and if Cech does get a serious injury them I am sure Mourinho would have put in a recall clause into Courtois' loan deal with At Madrid

I would feel happier if we got one in even if its someone like Schwarzer on a free transfer.

10 years ago today Roman Abramovich took control of us and how time flies when your having fun!

The numbers:

596 competitive matches
371 wins
131 draws
94 defeats
1139 goals scored
489 goals conceded
62.2% win percentage compared to 43.1% pre Roman
18 major semi finals
11 major finals
11 major trophies
9 managers
86 players making their debuts 20 of which were academy products

For a man many bitter people said would get bored after 3 years and "leave Chelsea in the ****" i'd say we have done alright under Uncle Roman and the future in my opinion looks even brighter than the 10 years we just encountered.

10 years? **** off, no way has it been that long...

Getting old. :(

Tell me about it mate! I remember being as school and i got a text from my mum which read "Chelsea have just been bought by a Russian billionaire for 150million" and i thought it was a joke!

I can remember seeing on one of those newspaper boards outside a shop which read "Chelsea sign west ham star" must have been either Joe Cole or Glen Johnson cannot remember which one was only 8 haha.

As it had the word "star" in it then it must have been Cole lol

Haha thought that myself but Glen was our first signing under Roman and he was considered a young star at west ham so could have been either.
