Some Chelsea fans who have been slating Lukaku really do have selective memory's comparing him to Drogba and saying " oh Didier would never let us down in a final blah blah blah". Champions league final 2008 anyone? But he made up for it by being the main reason we won the champions league in 2012 and also went on to score plenty more cup final goals and who's to say Lukaku won't do the same and in the future scores vital goals which win us trophies.
 
I don't know why would anyone trash Lukaku. Christ, kid's 20.

If anything , one of senior players, Lamps or something, should have taken him to the side and say "look, no fancy plays, just ******* hoof it".
 
Think its safe to say Willian is already a Chelsea hero before even kicking a ball after he liked a video on Instagram of Chelsea fans singing his chant which takes the **** out of spurs

Sam Hutchinson becomes the sixth Chelsea player this season to join Vitesse on loan.
 
Understandable lukaku leaving on loan again with Torres and Eto'o but still has annoyed me I want to see him given a chance this season!

Can't believe that we're even entertaining the idea.
 
I've been wanting Lukaku to go out on loan since the start of the summer, but after being promised chances for us, and him speaking in interviews about being genuinely excited to play for us this season, I think the timing of the loan is harsh on him.

But I'm glad he's gone to Everton over WBA. With Martinez as manager, Everton will be playing some half decent football which will play to Lukaku's weaknesses and hopefully improve him in the areas he lacks (first touch, general hold up play/interchange).

Playing nearly every week > being 3rd choice for us
