They don't give a rat's ***. PSG have publicly stated they'll legally oppose any move to impose any sort of restriction upon them. You imagine the time taken to resolve a case, and it's very, very likely they'll be allowed to do their usual in the meantime.

Hazard won't be going anywhere this summer but in the future maybe? I've always believed since the day he signed he is using Chelsea as a stepping stone to improve as a player, prove him self at one of the best clubs in England and eventually sealing himself an even bigger move like Real Madrid.
He's not even a shadow of the player he was at Liverpool. But maybe he's happy he's on the bench for a squad that has bought all their trophy's. Shows what type of player he really is.
