United might have brought better players, but Chelsea did better job this summer. Their squad look amazing everywhere. Maybe only defense is a little bit weaker, but Cahill is underrated as defender and Terry is classic Mou type of defender. And I bet he's still one of the best defenders in the box. And that's all without leadership factor and their mutual understanding which is great.
For me, defo #1 contenders for BPL. Would be surprised if you guys don't win it.

At a stretch Matic could be dropped back, and of course we have Andreas Christensen! Kinda surprised we let Kalas go on loan, but he's another one who needs regular football at this stage.

Cech remains!!
 
Yeah Chelsea definitely had the best window out of all the clubs everywhere. Good players for thoughtfuly selected positions and all done quicly as ****, giving the squad time to gel.

United brought some amazing talents but I can't shake the feeling that someone had a panic attack after bad early results.
 
Just been thinking, seeing as Chelsea actually had a net spend of -1mil this summer it basically means they have not had a transfer window in terms of money spent.


Your squad is ridiculously strong and i wonder if Roman is tempted to splash the cash on that one superstar signing because you don't exactly need much more added to the squad
 
I think, or should i say i HOPE, that Roman learned his lesson about transfers, and won't go over Jose any more.

We're still at the point where we didn't need to sell Mata, which annoys me.
 
never posted in here before but two things,
1) who do you guys prefer for your first ream GK, Courtouis or Cech?
and 2) here is a picture of costa at 17 which I think is ridiculously weird

Courtois is almost as good, has loads of room to keep getting better and is a lot younger. No contest, even though I do think Cech is probably still the best keeper in the league.

Courtois right now 100%, Cech by far the best keeper to ever play for us but Courtois is the present and future.

As long as there is alcohol in it, I'm down for it. But just like Red Vodka, I would only buy that for a girl. Real men drink Stock.

**** I remember I drank that stuff. Christ knows where I was, somewhere in Eastern Europe. Not sure if I can't remember or I just no longer have any memory of that night and country.
