The media make much more of that than what was actually there. He had missed a penalty in that game and played pretty woeful, i'd expect him to be annoyed. Its when they start looking happy they are coming off that's when you have a problem.

I watched the game, his disgust was also partly aimed at AVB.

Indeed, but its not the press I'm concerned about. but the relationship between Lampard and AVB. He should have used as a focal point, rather than the way it turned out. People may say what they like about Terry, but he would have used that to spur him on, and his next game would have been a stormer, and he wouldnt have let it stew with the gaffer.

Where is the wrong in that?? Neither acknowledge each other???
 
Get Remy as Drogba replacement as well, the lad is fast and has some decent strength, not sure who else you could replace Drogba with at the moment.
 
The fellow right back is attack minded so he needs a better right winger who actually helps him out when he goes forward which sturridge wont do.Bosingwa gets a lot of bashing for nothing sometimes.Play Luiz on right and play cahill in centre.

He is exacly the type of player we need, we could have bedded him in this last 6 months so he is ready for next season.

Bosingwa gets a bashing most of the time for the correct reasons, his positional sense is non exsistant. Luiz is not a natural right back and is not even that decent when played up against a pacey winger. Ferreira is a very good defender and has never let the club down and will try 100%

Such a slimey game! Benfica dominated 90% of the game, Terry decided to play handball , referee went blind ;) . One of the most unfair results I've seen in such a long time, Benfica was great, Chelsea had tremendous luck, they can thank the Gods for that.
 
We were not just superior, we were FAR superior, these games are the worst ones, if we played **** it would be easier to accept defeat, but with a good performance and the opposite defenders playing handball it gets much worse.
