Ashley Cole has the record for most FA Cup winners medals with 7
John Terry has now won 4 FA Cups as captain, the most with one club ever.

I support Chelsea, for London solidarity, and they repay me by winning me a pint. Cheers.
 
The only good thing that probably comes out of giving up on the league is that now we can play some of the kids in the remaining PLM games and make sure our squad is fit and proper going into the CL Finals. We will need every man we can get.

Wish Ramires could play. We are defo gonna miss the Blue Kenyan

Indeed. I would call Piazon Lukaku and Nats for those games.

Would love to get an early look at Piazon. Lukaku defo should be playing both those games. Betrand as well. Hutch looks a certainty due to our CB situation. Basically those 3 and everyone else who is either ineligible for the CL finals or who wont make the starting 11

So yeah Blueheart I agree with you. League is over as far as I am concerned, no point chasing a lost cause. Di Matteo should put all his eggs into the CL finals basket now instead of playing our best players in the 2 remaining PLM games only for them to go to Munich tired and jaded
 
Whats really worrying is Cahill not being fit for Munich, playing without a defence is a real disadvantage..

hopefully RDM will assess all that and really rest them all. I'd be gutted if we lost another valuable player. Rami is going to be missed BIG TIME.

That UEFA rule is a joke. Yellow card amnesty must be introduced for the final game. Its a joke.
 
******* brilliant game today. Ramires again with bundles of energy. Mata made Spearing his *****, didn't even realise that Liverpool had 11 men until he was replaced.

We dominated them right up until that mistake by Bosingwa. For the first 60 mins they were **** and we were amazing.

Why? Maybe if they were more careful, they'd be in the final. It's all down to the person in question. They shouldn't be so reckless.

Because they scrapped the it in the World cup and the Euro's. For most players in a one in a lifetime opportunity to play in a game like that, if you get a straight red card i.e JT then you deserve to miss it.

The rule is not right. Only the sent-off's should be kept. How would you feel if your team was without 5-6-7 key players for the final (Bayern had 6 players in danger of missing the final)? Would you say "Maybe if they were more careful, they'd be in the final."?


Its just not right, and yes, what CJACKO said, its one in a lifetime opportunity for a lot of players in Europe to play in the final of the most prestigious competition. Its a joke to miss the final because of being shown 2 yellow cards in the semis.

It would be horrific, and gutting, as a player and as a fan. But as a neutral, the rule is correct. The players should be more careful.

Whilst I agree with you on some points think about it... 3 yellow cards in the CL over the whole season and your banned. I mean the CL finals is supposed to be the greatest game in club football and every team wants to send out its strongest team. I am sure Neutrals do not want to watch a lopsided match either where one team is missing 3-4 key players.

Yellow cards should be forgiven. Red carded players should not
