Only if the release clause is met.. 15 Million euros is the release clause..

i saw that.. ;] anyway, its not worth it at all .. the only good thing is the possibility of bringing either one of Hulk or Falcao, which would be ****** ****** great, having already seen what they both are capable of..

Would prefer Hiddink tbh but if this is true I am still happy that Villas-Boas is manager :)

One advantage I can think of about bringing in Villas-Boas instead of Hiddink is that Hiddink is what in his 60s and Boas is still very young so he will be able to last much longer then Hiddink as manager well that is ofcourse unless he goes a season without winning a trophy or maybe only wins a cup and Roman decides to sack yet another manager.

That's what I've said all along, but it counts for nothing if Roman sacks him after 1 or 2 years. Hopefully Hiddink as DoF.

According to this Portuguese source he's agreed to join Chelsea. Would be great to have him as the manager as long as he's given a chance. I still think Hiddink will join though, but whether it's as the manager or Director of Football remains to be seen.

I still think that Hiddink is the better choice.. I mean he is more experienced than Boas. Has experience in England, although it was for couple of months as Chelsea manager, it still counts. But Boas did something special last season and it I'd be happy to see him as well, so .. we will see i guess. I hope he brings Hulk or Falcao with himself, it would be fantastic.
CMON CHELSEA!

Thing about AVB is that he plays the 4-3-3 with Porto, which is Chelsea's best formation so he's a great fit. Can see him taking Hulk with him, and maybe even Guarin.

Cech
Ivanovic - Terry - Luiz - Cole
Essien
Guarin - Lampard
Hulk -------------------- Malouda
Torres/Drogba

EDIT: Also, Frank Lampard is 33 today, meaning he's the same age as his soon to be boss AVB.

EDIT 2:
SkyGraemeBailey Graeme Bailey
Also being reported that Villas-Boas's 'Special Two' first signing will be Falcao, but lets just await for confirmation #cfc

Man if we get Falcao OR/AND Hulk (aint matter) I will be running ****** naked around The Bridge.

Apparently, the first target is Falcao. If that's the case, Drogba is surely going to leave.

Would be a good team. But I'm not sure Guarin would be necessary, but Hulk would be great as we need someone for the right wing. Falcao would also be great, but I'm not sure where he'd fit in. Drogba out Falcao in maybe? IDK, but can't have Kalou, Drogba, Torres, Anelka, Sturridge, most likely Lukaku, maybe Neymar. If Falcao joins I'd guess that Drogba and Anelka will both leave and maybe Sturridge.

So did Guss reject?

Don't think. Will most likely still join but as Director of Football, but maybe he'll stick with Turkey until the end of his contract and then join as Director of Football...or not we'll see
