**** that.
Meh, been expecting it really.
First goal wasn't 'lucky', Momo-D's was just waiting. The guy has been seemingly untouchable.

... and there we go.
VERY back footed defense from Chelsea for a while now.

Congrats Hammers, very well done.

now, c'mon Rangers!

We are a bit of a joke.. Hammers deserved it, mind.

Jesus Christ, Muhammad, Buddha, Krishna, am I ******* ****** right now! Why did Abramovich sack Di Matteo in the first place? God I miss Di Matteo.

Chelsea fans should make a demonstration outside of Stamford Bridge. I'll take the aeroplane, as soon as possible.

Wouldn't say 'joke'.
Bad tactics though.
My theory:
Oscar should have come on at HT for... probably JOM (Ramirez was at least IN the game, if somewhat ineffectual). Didn't need 6 behind the ball. 2 DMs would have been ok IF Cole and Azpi pushed up more, but it seems Rafa was going on the defensive confidence of a pair of shutouts.

Moses faltered. Seemed to have a strong 30-40 yards then lose it and didn't learn from it. Marin looked sparkly when subbed on for him. He and Edin working the wings with Oscar controlling central and Mata just running amok would have been quite interesting.

For me, WHam held well and didn't seem overly pressured. 2nd striker, or Mata pushed up might have unravelled them...

Why does noone ever talk about the players being at fault? Nearly every game when Chelsea go behind the defense looks uninterested and stops tracking back/following their man. They get lazy and just seem to not bother which is why West Ham could of have 3-4 goals in those last five minutes. Silly mistakes and players just not doing what they should be, sloppy defense is costing Chelsea so much this season.
Blame Torres all you like but he's not the only one doing wrong.

West ham did what they needed to, push forward and put pressure on Chelsea. Team fell apart and failed to get back into it in the end.

I'll blame Cash Hole for the last goal. :D

Why should I blame Cech when I can blame that "Fat Spanish waiter" for their first goal. Blame Ramires for leaving Diame free at the edge of the box, please. Blame Cole for ******* up, noooope.

OOOOOONE DI MATTEO!!!!

Seriously, if you wanna play buck passing there's only one to point at. The ogliarch himself.

Raf's trying to work with a team that isn't 'his' for starters.
RdM got harshly *MACKIE!!!! yes!* done-in by moneybags.

WH's first came about because of 2 quite bad decisions on the Hammers in the box and didn't want to make a possible third.
2nd was just waiting to happen. Wouldn't point at Ram. He was shielding the defense AND covering Mikels' friggin role!
3rd was a right rooster-up as Ash looked straight at the guy when he gave it whilst not under much pressure bu on the boardt rushing from being behind.

On the plus side, Azpilicueta is pure class, if there's one thing Rafa did right , its moving this guy to first squad.

This club needs some inspiration from somewhere. Fans and players alike.

What a joke. There's a group on FB called: "I was alive when West Ham beat Chelsea 3-1."

How would that help contain Diame, which was the main issue here?

Well Diame only came on at HT because Sam could see how deep Chelsea were prepared to sit (and struggle).

His presence was commanding almost immediately, and I think Rafa should have acted on it before the 55th minute.

I'd have gone Oscar for John Obi at HT as Chelsea needed bodies forward in the literal sense as WHam had Torres and the flanks pretty well sorted. Have one more guy in there putting them under pressure and I feel the defence would have cracked trying to cover/shield ground.
Secondly, more options to play forward through the middle rather than the flank reliant play + the odd Mata glory ball. Play seemed far too intent on Juan making the difference in which most balls ended up being over the top for the wide guys to run onto rather than real defence splitters..

Chelsea dominated the first half, their was no need to make changes at half time,

he made the changes 10 minutes after, when he evaluated the game

dont think this defeat was necessarily down to any managerial input, West Ham just upped it 2nd half
