That is my point with it all the whole consistency part, like i said i am not complaining about the bans/fines any Chelsea player received.
**** it guys, i couldnt even distract you from this subject by trashing Mourinho.
Don't make me resort to Gerrard is better than Lampard.
You couldn't because it's not even an argument. Plus you can't trash the special one, we don't take any criticism towards him as real.

Gerrard is a more of a complete center mid
I have always said Gerrard the better footballer ability wise but Lampard the better team player and mentally. which the numbers prove.
Sure is.
This is where statistics go wrong. Lampard has been generally surrounded by a lot better players for better part of the decade, Gerrads stats would have been a lot better if he were in a top team.

if we are talking both in their pomp, me personally would've sooner have had a midfielder who scores 20+.

That's guess work so its irelevant.
Even played in the same team i.e England Lampard still wins on the numbers.
Ability wise way above both of them
How's that guesswork? It's a team game, players impact each others statistics.

Because it never happened thats why. Its not 100% guarantee he would have more goals and assists than Lampard just because he plays with better players.
Lampard has scored more than 250 goals (West Ham, Swansea [Loan], Chelsea and England combined), and is second to only Ryan Giggs in the all-time Premier League assists table.
Lampard has more goals in less appearances than Gerrard for England, yet has never been valued as highly, and is usually sacrificed to allow Gerrard to play his own game.
And on the subject of "Lampard playing with better players". That may be correct but look at who Gerrard has played with:
Owen; Torres; Alonso; Macherano; Scholes; Rooney; Beckham; Suarez.
Continuing, when Gerrard has an outstanding, trophy-winning performance, e.g. CL 2005, FA Cup 2006, every pundit, fan, player and manager go on about it. But Chelsea's CL win last season was pinned on Drogba and Cech, but not many will tell you that Lampard's vision was responsible for Drogba's semi-final goal, as well as Ramires' in the Nou Camp. Not forgetting the 3 Premier League titles Chelsea have won were when Lampard was at his best.
Penalties may come into Lampard goal statistics, but he's kept Gerrard of duty for 6 years for England, as well as Ballack for Chelsea.
