Only 21. First season in the EPL. Massive change of culture from Brazil. Lots of pressure as he is playing in a top team.
Yes.

that may as well work, potential is there, but for now he's hardly wordclass midifielder.
Really? You're going to base your opinions of him as a player on 17 minutes against Southampton at the end of a game, against a 17-year old left-back, when they lost 1-5? As opposed to his only start and, ooh, half a decade in Germany?
Bringing on Marin would have solved nothing. A selfish inside forward with a tendency to run into dead ends is exactly the worst kind of player to bring on in that kind of situation, with Southampton sitting deep and looking to frustrate. Marin might've worked when you were a goal or so up, but that would also have been a risk considering his lack of work rate.
I'll say it again. You can't compete with United because they simply have a better squad than you. It really is as simple as that. You've only just got a clinical striker, and you still don't have a deep midfield worth anything - despite wanting to play a 4-2-3-1, and before you unsurprisingly try to level that at Benitez too, that's easily your most comfortable and natural formation - and absolutely no natural width high up the pitch. Likewise City. I'll ask again: where do you want Chelsea to compete in the table? Because if you want to compete for the title, it is not Benitez's fault you're not right now.
Short answer. Because your overall balance isnt as good as ours. Your forward line certainly isnt as good as ours. You have midfield issues that need redressing in the transfer window. You probably need another Forward. You also as a set of fans need to pipe down and start showing you care about the club, and are not the "plastic fans" Rafa alluded to 5 years again.
From his time at Liverpool where i used to laugh at his decisions and and along with other Chelsea fans sung "Rafa Benitez, we want you to stay" for playing his part in Liverpool's demise i have always thought he is a a poor manager. Don't like him yes 100% think he is a classless man but even that a side judging his time as a manager with us so far how the **** has there been an improvement?
Classless?
Part of Liverpool's demise?
Huh.
Demise may be a strong word but he was part of your going from top 4 ish to mid table ish. Classless in the sense of attacking another clubs fans unprovoked. Couldn't care less what he said about Drogba and Lampard when in charge of Pool because i fully understand he was just trying to get an edge for his side (even though it didn't work). But to attack another clubs fans like that is classless. That's just my opinion before the inevitable happens and i get slated.
Excuse me where did i say we should have had the same results as Utd or still be 4 points behind? I said we could have gone on a similar run to Utd or even City. I fully understand we don't have the same depth as Utd or City, all i am saying is that Rafa is to blame in this as well as others including the players! There is a reason managers get sacked isn't there?
Because of one bad season were Liverpool finished 7 points of 4th? Not to mention the season before that finishing 2nd. And he wasn't being classless when he attacked Chelsea with the plastic flags and all, he was just stating the truth.
There have been worse managers who have won the champions league than Rafa... like that baldy fella who parked the bus every game last year
*hides*
Not at Chelsea.
Parked the bus yet was the 3rd highest (highest from England) scorers in European football last calender year mmmmmm funny that. Difference between Rafa and Robbie is that Robbie is still learning his trade and could still maybe learn from his mistakes where as Rafa is in his stubborn old ways. It was classless and fans will take things like that to heart and not forget them as most of us have.
AVB was in charge for 67% of those goals scored.
I don't think even the most blinkered of Chelsea fans can deny you may as well have landed a Boeing in front of your goal against Bayern, Barca and Benfica.
Erm no he wasn't considering he lost his job at the start of March. I never said last season i said 2012 as a year.
Here is a breakdown of 2012:
AVB - 17 goals in 12 games
Robbie - 91 goals in 42 games
Rafa - 29 in 11 games

Yes he parked the bus all the way. Like the time he demolished Spurs 5-1 at Wembley or maybe the time he beat Napoli 4-1 at home.
