My optimism is mainly down to my unwavering faith in AVB. That list was more out of hope but they're all realistic. Some mad man on twitter is claiming Modric will be announced next week for 35m. His source? A guy he knows who is close to Gourlay... His milkman?

Naah, Bosingwa aint good enuf for my taste.
Bozzy was sensational in his first season, only injury and fitness has kept his performances down. I think AVB with persavere with Bozzy next season and i hope he does too.
So you want us to pay 15mill+ for a righ-back who had a pretty poor season last year?? Bozzy deserves another full season.
I know a man who knows knows someone who knows the Gourlays but haven't heard anything about Modric. Personly i ******* hope not, i'd rather pay Palermo 40mill then give the Spuds that ammount of money which i believe is too much for the player.

Falcao to Chelsea is in the works. Sounded unbelievable but the Portugese agency seemingly have good sources, WE DON'T NEED HIM GOURLAY/EMENALO/ROMAN! You could get Moutinho and Lukaku for Falcao's clause. I'd expect clarity from FCP/Da Costa tomorrow.
Heard that too, hope it's not true. Apparently Vagner Love to Porto and then Falcao to Chelsea, but not sure whether it means we would have to pay the full release clause or whether it's say 30-35 mil. I can't see us spending 70-80 million for Pastore and Falcao though...I suppose only time will tell.
i wanted him before, now i dont see the point in paying that kind of money. Better go for Moutinho and Mata or idk. its pointless to say the least.
A Bola, I think it's a Portugese daily but it's hardly a tabloid. Claiming the move is on, I'm doubtful but wait and see on it. Should get a response from FCP tomorrow, thoughts are it could be 25m plus Yuri on loan next season but that's just speculation. Romans not daft enough to buy another expensive central ST, is he?
Dosent make sence at all, we could have got him for 26mill 2 weeks ago so i cant see this happening at all. And i think Yuri will stay this season to play a big part, he looks oj in the centre and he is pretty versatile which is needed.
People please stop thinking that real life is like FM.

The transfer of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to Chelsea has been finalised.
The club received his international clearance (ITC) on Tuesday afternoon (UK time) and he is now going to be loaned to Atletico Madrid.
His Chelsea contract is for five years and the Atletico Madrid loan will be for one year.
