A lot can happen over the next 6 months but anyways,
If he is set on coming to England, then the two of his most prospective destinations are definitely Chelsea and Manchester City
Man Utd, Arsenal and Tottenham's boards are too conservative to actually splash out close to 40m on one player so they are effectively ruled out
I have always had reservations about whether Manchester City actually need Hazard, they already have able wingers in Silva and Nasri with sufficient back-up
Brining in Hazard would mean they would have to alter a winning combination for absolutely no reason at all, plus I think Mancini really needs to clear out players before he can start spending big again
So to be fair, Chelsea is his most likely destination in England
I would however refuse to rule PSG and Real Madrid out effectivelyin the race for his signtaure , as I said a lot can happen in 6 months so lets not get too excited and believe he has already made his mind up about his destination
Good thing is that we finally have something to look forward to in the summer

I am pretty sure that if you apologised about your actions and dumb remarks instead of making pathetic attempts to create new accounts and post on here and hope your going to slip under the radar, the mods would be more likely to let you continue to post on here

Are you kidding me? What did you expect, congratulations? Of course you could offend people by insulting their government.
1) I'm neither Indian, nor am I into politics.
2) I said you could offend people. Not everyone's the same. You may not be offended by certain things, but others could very well be. And obviously some were, if you bothered to read.
3) If you live in a more or less democratic government, you are up to some extent responsible for the mistakes the government makes, if you voted them, that is.
4) It was hardly a mistake, you insulted them for an anti smoking ad.
5) You didn't say 'your government sucks'. I believe what you said was more along the lines of 'who do these ***** think they are'. If you call that 'a remark about politics', then yes, you should stop. And, in case you haven't noticed, they 'think' they are the government of one of the biggest and most populous nations on Earth, I don't know about you but I think that gives them the right to try to protect their people by discouraging from smoking.
6) You may find it 'unbelievable', but you better start believing or you'll get banned again.
And it's nothing personal. It's just your 'I apologise, but I did nothing wrong' attitude that ****** me off. Get off your high horse, admit you made a mistake, take the ban and try to avoid posting potentially offensive stuff on sensible topics (Religion, politics, race, etc.), as you are clearly incapable of posting without insulting someone/something. If you do that you'll find it a lot easier to stay here, and you'll avoid getting into pointless arguments with people.
For the final time. you got a 10 infraction for you inapproprate language, however since you already had 130 active points, it was an automatic 1 month ban. Instead of serving out your ban, you choose to try and circumvent it with a dupe account. This is also against the rules, hence another month ban, and the dupe account permanently banned. Instead of learning from your lesson, you chose to make several more dupe accounts. This is not about an apology. Its about actions and consequences, you cant seem to accept that you must suffer the consequences of your actions.
Two bits of bad news and 2 bits of good news. Bad news first is that JT is ruled out of the game tomorrow at Swansea but the good news is that Cahill could get a debut. Bad news again is that HOWARD ******* WEBB has been given the game on Sunday vs Man Utd. And to finish off with a piece of good news Lucas Piazon has trained with the first team and has travelled with the squad and could be on the bench. ******* ****, last season he saved your ***** big time at OT. Missed 2 penalties and clear red to Ivanovic and you are saying its a bad news that he is the ref. Jeez.
Go and check the decisions he gave in favor of you, it will blow away any myth that he is biased towards us.

Frankly anyone who takes time to look at the ref assignments before the game and then make judgements on how that could possibly affect their game based on nothing but myth; are doing nothing but looking for an early excuse to refer to post-match. I rarely even notice who the ref is until after the game or there's some spectacular incident that draws focus to him, and I can't remember the last time I blamed refereeing performance on my teams ineptitude to win the game. (Perhaps Chelsea last season, ironically.)

Regardless of who he supports, he is ****. Then again so is every other referee in Britain, Spain and Argentina, among others...
He's not but then again, you are all that is negative..

With Joel+ on this. Webb has made some gaffs but nowhere near as many as others. And as I've said repeatedly-they're not allowed to think for themselves anyway. And to be honest, they have an extremely window of oppurtunity to think about their decision.
Sure he isn't! I mean, what referee would send someone off for a chest-high studs-up challenge?
The only way officials will be able to get things right is with some form of help. Like the Sunderland match (or it was the Stoke match-def one of those two). There was a decision that should've been offside that wasn't because there were so many bodies in the box-not to mention players running in from onside positions. They need help. Humans can only do so much
